Located in a very quiet environment, it is only 400 meters from a large white sand beach, the Grève Blanche beach, as well as from the GR 34 hiking trail. The owners have carefully designed the decoration to offer you a warm, pleasant, and bright home. The large south/south-west facing terrace allows you to enjoy the gas barbecue, sun loungers, or have a drink while admiring the sunset. The house is arranged as follows: On one level: - A fully equipped kitchen open to a large living area with direct access to the terrace through a large bay window. - A master suite with a 160 cm bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom with shower and sink. - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. - A bedroom with two 90 cm beds. - A bathroom with shower and double sink. - A separate toilet. - A utility room with outdoor access. - An enclosed garden. - A courtyard with two parking spaces. The garden is enclosed, and you can park vehicles on the property.
